Texas Toast Grill Cheese Sammich
swap out that flat skinny ole white bread, go get a loaf of Texas Toast, add some more butter two slabs of thick cheese and waayy laa grill cheese heaven

try this one out sometime. Go get some turkey from the deli and swiss or regular ole american cheese and put it on either sourdough or regular bread (it's better on sourdough but i make it with regular too) then put a little vegetable oil in a skillet and sprinkle emeril's chicken rub in the oil and then put your sammich in the skillet and cook both sides on about medium heat pretty much like you would a grill cheese. It's awesome but don't use too much oil or it gets a little soggy
